An nOH Champion is a patient or care partner ambassador who educates and supports others by sharing his or her story about living with symptoms of neurogenic orthostatic hypotension (nOH) or caring for someone with nOH. The nOH Champions program provides a forum for people who want to share their story with others.
If you or the person you care for has either Parkinson’s disease (PD) or multiple system atrophy (MSA) and symptoms of nOH, consider becoming an nOH Champion.
There are a number of ways ambassadors can participate, including telling their story in a variety of settings, such as at live meetings and in videos. There are also opportunities to provide feedback on projects and resources that could benefit the nOH community.
To be considered for nOH Champions, you or the person you care for must have PD or MSA and meet at least one of the following criteria:
